"I was able to collaborate with Netflix to
establish their first Middle Eastern creative
digital team in Turkey from scratch. There
were significant obstacles due to the
different general laws in order to hire within
the local area. from determining pay and
perks to developing the candidate pool and
benchmarking job satisfaction to building a
team to deliver local and adaptation
campaigns. The team built consisted of an
account director, account manager project
manager and creatives. Currency the team
now are part of Netflix's wider global team
which showcases its success being matrixed."
